Very Few Will Believe This Everyone born into this world is dead in trespasses and sin and by nature, children of wrath (Eph. 2:1-3). This is why God provided a Savior in His Son Jesus Christ. Man’s perfect God was born of a virgin to became God’s perfect man. This one mediator between God and man went to Calvary’s cross to reconcile the fallen human race to God (1 Tim. 2:5). He bore the wrath of God for the trespasses of His people so they could become children of God (Isa. 53:4-5). This divine provision for the human problem can only be realized by personal procurement. The three things every sinner needs to know are: why he needs to be saved, who can save him and how he can be saved. Divine justice had to be satisfied before anyone could be saved. The Lord Jesus Christ satisfied divine justice when He died as a substitute for all who will repent and trust Him as their all-sufficient Savior. This glorious gift of eternal life and forgiveness is available free for the asking because of a love story written in blood, on a wooden cross, 2000 years ago. It is the greatest gift anyone could ever receive!
