Very interesting Fact...Considering all the Laws in Liberia, including the ones that were re-written, the ones that are currently being legislated, plus any other to be introduced. NONE OF THEM addresses Engineering Services, and the practice of Engineering in Liberia. No wonder people are at liberty to do whatever they want, and any Tom, Dick, & Harry can strut around here calling themselves and Engineer!!!!!!!!!! Thats why you hear talks about re-locating the Capitol without having feasibility Studies done, and Architectural renderings of what the proposed City would look like, which is done by almost every Country with a 20-30-50-100 year development Plan...Thats also why people can be easily persuaded to build a structure that will house 10 different Ministries in one area thats relatively a Residential Zone....SMH
