Very, very, very irritated. >:( So, I took an Amtrak train from Syracuse, NY to Buffalo, NY, with the plan that Ill catch a 3:48 bus to Jamestown, NY to visit relatives. I get off the train at my stop, and the station is closed, so I ask a guy where the buses are. Oh, just walk four blocks and youll find the bus station. Well, thats inconvenient, but fine. I walk it. I get to the bus station, where the ticket taker tells me to wait at Bay 13 for my bus. So I wait.... and wait... and wait... Half-hour later, I ask the ticket taker where my bus is, to which the person interrupts and says, Just wait at Bay 13. Remember, its a holiday. The bus is probably running late. So, I go back to wait... and wait... I check the time, see its 4:52. So, I go back to the ticket taker and ask how late my bus will be, to which they ask which bus company it is. CoachUSA. They respond that they dont work for that company, but the transit police might know. So, I walk to the transit police office, ask where my bus is, and they tell me, It left at 3:30. I show them my ticket, showing the departure time as being 3:48. They respond, Ohhhh... You were supposed to wait at the train stop. But... no one told me that. The place at the train stop is closed. Well... next bus to Jamestown is at 9:00. You can catch that one. Sooo... long story short, Im stuck at a bus station for another four hours, and its going to take me at least another four hours to reach my destination, just because no one told me where I was supposed to catch the freakin bus and I didnt think to ask because I thought a sign or an official or somebody wouldve told me this information. Ughhhhhhh!
