Vijay Goldie Anand will be remembered mainly as an outstanding film director although has had also been an actor, producer, editor, screenplay writer, etc. In particular, his imaginative picturisation of songs is considered unparalleled. To illustrate, and as a tribute to him on his birth anniversary today, I am posting two of his songs (in two separate posts) which I particularly like. Any attempt to explain the beauty of picturisation of these songs would perhaps be not only superfluous but also inadequate; so, I leave it to you to savour it! [2]
