Vinnie & The Stars are currently recording a new full band 10 track album. We have taken the album as far as we can in my home studio and we are now looking forward to getting into Loom Studio to further the production of the album. We have some big plans to take the production, quality, and song writing to the next level and are looking forward to making a big announcement with some exciting news. We are just working on all the preparation and planning. In the mean time. . . Today Ive done a couple of edits to the solo Hip-Hop album I wrote and recorded for February Album Writing Month, I decided three tracks werent suitable for the final album. So although I finished the challenge of FAWM writing 14 songs in the 28 days of February. Ive settled on an 11 track solo album. The album title is Keep The Pace and Ill be making it available as a digital download release soon. Theyll be two new albums released very shortly, we just need to work out the best way to get them out there without causing too much confusion. One will be a Vinnie Whitehead Solo Album titled Keep The Pace and one will be a Vinnie & The Stars Album which is currently untitled. On Friday the 18th April we have organised our own event at The Winning Post, Bishopthorpe Road, York. Well be performing live with support from Gaz Rowntree, Casee Wilson, and Bingers UK. Tickets are £5 and all funds raised will be put toward the production of our new album.
