WALK. WALK. WALK. Please come and join our group for 30 minutes of exercise each day. It can be walking, biking, vacuuming, gardening, mowing grass, swimming, skating, skiing, snow shoeing, ice wall climbing... your choice. When you complete your 30 minutes, click on LIKE, as we encourage each other to improve our general health with daily physical exercise. When you get 15 LIKEs, you can pm me with your name and address if youd like one of my pens. Feel free to tell us what you did for exercise, or where in the world you did it.
