WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – Ingleburn ======================================== About the Job: Do you want to help deliver the best plastic fantasy miniatures in the world in a fast-paced distribution environment? Are you relentless in doing what needs to be done, day in day out? Are you thorough enough to make sure the job is done properly, down to the last detail? We’re looking for someone to work in the Australian Distribution Centre to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in full. You’ll need to be able to quickly adapt to the needs of the job and respond positively to change. You’ll need to work well as part of the dispatch team, understanding the impact of your actions on people as well as processes. Your ability to stay positive and have productive conversations with appropriate people will be integral to your success. To be successful you’ll need to make sure you are always calm and effective at all times. You will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of the best plastic fantasy miniatures in the world. Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders to the agreed standard will form the vast majority of your working day. All staff are asked to always look at how we can improve the things we do and this job is no exception. You will engage with the continuous improvement process, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions. Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential – ensuring that all best practice and Work Health and Safety policies are adhered to is your responsibility. We know what makes this job hard is the relentless nature of the work – there is always something else that will need to be delivered to our customers.
