COURTESY POST: Police Officer who does rescues found this poor soul on the streets of South Los Angeles and brought her to Pet Care Center. Pet Care Center just called me asking for help. The Hospital said this is the MOST NEGLECT DOG THEY HAVE EVER SEEN IN THEIR LIFE. The pitty girl has been overbreed, her puppies who were still nursing are missing, she had TWO dead puppies inside her, the god damn low lives dumped her on the streets. Her ears were cut with scissors and heavily infected. The Police officer can pay for a little of the care but much more is needed..... They have called her Huera so lets NOT confuse with my Huera, lets call her HUERITA!
