WARNING: if you read with understanding and open up, you be baptized now in the Holy Ghost. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 2:4 The initial evidence that one has been baptized in the Holy Ghost is tongue speaking. Some time back, when I desired to be baptized in the Holy Ghost, I came out during altar calls for it, desired and fasted for it and yet I couldn’t receive it. I read books that speaks on how to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and did everything I can but to no avail until I learned that as much as I want to it, God also wants to give it to me after all the Holy Spirit is ‘the promise of the Father’ to the saints. When I knew that, it didn’t take long, I didn’t even fasted or prayed, I was just in a trance one afternoon when angels visited me and asked me to open my mouth, when I did, then the angel took a coal of fire and placed inside my mouth. The coal of fire started burning me as I was swallowing it; I began to speak in tongues ever since then. For all that desires to speak in tongues and to operate on diverse gifts of the Holy Spirit, I want you to know that as much as you want it, the Lord wants to give it to you. God is watching to see the depth of our hunger for it. If you hunger for it, you’ll sure receive it. And if you are hungering for it now, you’ll receive it now. Ps 81:10 I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. Open up yourself and you’ll be filled up-this is how to receive it. God is waiting on you to open up yourself so that He can fill you up with His Spirit. If you can open now, you’ll be filled now. For all those that desired to be baptized in the Holy Ghost, for all those that want to operate under the infilling of the Holy Spirit and for all those that wants to speak in tongues and operate under diverse gifts of the Holy Spirit- just open up yourself now-the Holy Spirit is with you right now ready to fill you up.
