WestStar Fitness Center and Mountain Home Athletic Club have a great opportunity for a Health and Fitness Associate at our Mountain Home, Arkansas locations. Some but not all duties include: - basic facility maintenance; ensure facility, equipment and locker rooms are clean and stocked at all times. - Ensure personal and facility appearance meet standards. - Verifies equipment is operating properly and immediately reports any potentially unsafe conditions. - Maintain member files and database. - Participates in membership drives; enrolls new members and conducts facility, program and equipment orientations. - must enjoy people and have a genuine desire to help others. - personal interest in fitness and exercise - current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is desirable - must be able to deal well with sudden changes to schedule and other circumstances that occur in a retail environment. - must be able to work alone at times. 30 to 35 hours per week.
