WE ARE UPDATING OUR FREESTYLE GROUP TRAINING TIMETABLE: Strength Build total body functional strength, muscular endurance, promote lean muscle. The strength workout is all about the “load effect” - performance under pressure (moderate to heavy loads), executing low to medium repetitions, and working to fatigue using Kettlebells, BOSU ball and Dumbells. This Wednesday 21st May we will be holding a special FGT taster sessions between 6pm-8pm. This is great opportunity for you to get familiar with the different training equipment and movements you’ll experience in Freestyle Group Training No booking is necessary its on a first come basis until we reach the maximum amount of participants.
