WHAT?! Jumping Jack Burpee!! YES!! You challenge is to perform this exercise (see the video for form) as many times as you can in 1 minute between sets of strength or cardio! Have fun! Just remember, on the burpee part to keep the abdominals and quadriceps contracted so your back doesn’t sag—nice straight lines to protect the back. If that means you need to go slower, that is OK….the rule is ALWAYS form before speed!!
