WOD 3-1-15 What for?: Hip opener and ankle mobility Use when?: Before your general warm up or after a workout 1. step back into a lunge position dropping the back knee, move around a bit, pressing the hip forward stretching the hip flexors 2. Then place your hands beside the front foot and straighten out both legs, giving a stretch to both the front part of the front leg and the backside of the back leg, make some repetitions 3. In a fluent motion turn to the other side and repeat the same process 4. Switch sides as many times as necessary and wanted.
