WORK/LIFE BALANCE. When asked about my own work/life balance, I say upfront: I dont believe in balance. Especially as an solopreneur, balance is not the goal. But I do aim for spaciousness, choice, and sovereignty in all my work, life, and relationships. Using those three as a guidewire has given me better self-sustainability and profitability. This is a fantastic time to be living in, where autonomy and contribution can fuse through entrepreneurship. The first few years of business ownership can suck the life out of you....but the life comes back once you learn to lean back, learn to say No more, and have confidence in your path.
