WOW! amazing turnout at EASTSIDE SPEEDWAY last night. I am in awe of the support for childhood cancer and our little sunshine.. A big thank you to Trish and GW Fitzgerald, EASTSIDE SPEEDWAY, the Steel Block Bandits and all our great EASTSIDE drivers. You guys put on a great show. Thanks Albert Christy Jr and Kayla Roberson for taking pictures.. Thanks to my family for helping, Brandi Brown, Margaret Henderson, Debbie Brown, Aubree, Denise Batton, thanks to our amazing warrior families, Caroline Chang, Colleen Scullion Mastrandea and her dad.. Thanks to Dr. Brian Belyea, for speaking.. and Dr Timothy Norman Showalter for coming to support us. Thank to Matthew Allen Smiley for all his hard work helping us.. A big thank you to the PURE STOCK DRIVER for donating his winnings back to our cause.. Congrats to Chris Fitzgerald for winning the 50/50 of $625.00.. Mr. Jeff Aldinger was the winner of the sprint cup race in martinsville on Oct. 26.. A very BIG thank you to Chris, the announcer for helping us spread the word about childhood cancer.. And thanks to ALL who came out to support Raygan Skye Batton and our NEED FOR A CURE.. Thanks to Joe Ripple for coming all the way from MARYLAND to present Raygan with a $4000.00 dollar check they have been collecting since June of 2013.. Joe runs the organization Scares that Care and we are honored to have been chosen as a recipient of the money.. We will be getting a donation from East Side Speedway to aide in our effort to FIND A CURE for our babies fighting cancer.. The money raised will be donated the UVA Peds HEMOTOLOGY/ONCOLOGY/RESEARCH FUND.. Thank you ALL..
