Walmart if your are checking your social media postings online, then I would like to share my experience with you on how Walmart fails when it comes to helping the customer in the TLE section. I called the local Walmart 2 times to talk with the tire department, and they failed to answer the telephone and I waited for sometime for them to answer. The third call I asked the store how long TLE was open. They said 8. So I take my car out with a nail in the tire that is leaking to get it fixed ( I bought the tires from Walmart ). I go into the TLE section and no one is there. So I call the store again with my cell phone (in the store) and have them call them over the speaker to get someone to the TLE center, since no one is there. Two guys come (techs that work there) and tell me that they closed at 6 due to 4 people quitting. But the 2 guys were still on the clock or they would not be there. ***WTF***. Walmart should of had there people in there area, answer the phone and advise that they were not going to be working on anything. Now I am at the store, tire is leaking and going down and I am ***screwed***. This is the (Quality) Walmart service that I received. That will be the last purchase of tires from Walmart. I will let others know how your company handles TLE customers. The store is located in Alexandria Kentucky, 41076. So, to end the story, I was able to get to a Tire Discounters store close by and get the tire fixed. As I look at it, Walmart cost me $27 today to fix a tire that should of been done for free with my tire purchase. My next purchase will be at Tire Discounters, they did a good job even with getting there with a full load of customers ahead of me. The Tire Discounters was located in Cold Spring, KY 41076. I now have nothing but total disgust for the Walmart store located in Alexandria Kentucky, 41076.
