Want to learn how to service or maintain motorcycles but dont want to pay for the courses?? Heres your chance.... Apprentice DRZ mechanic required at Raptor MotorSports. If you just finished school or just out of NS and have 6 months or more to spare and would like to learn how to maintain and service motorcycle like the DRZ400SM instead of wasting your time playing computer games .. you might be the person I am looking for. The candidate I am looking for must meet the following requirements. 1. English educated.. able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage. I have problems communicating with other shop mechanics, parts suppliers and sometimes customers because my second language is Malay. 2. Possess self discpline. Able to come to work on time .. all the time. Because of my past military background with the RSAF.. I cannot work well with people who lack self discipline. 3. Should have a passion for motorcycles. If you dont love what you do... might as well dont do it. Job Scope - For a start, you will only do the basic jobs like doing the oil servicing on the DRZs. At times, you may be called upon to assist me with the other heavier or complex maintenance tasks where a two man effort is required. Working hours - Monday to Saturdays. 10 AM to 6 PM. (No overtime... I dont believe in working overtime). Salary - to be discussed when you confirm you want to work. If its salary that you are interested in... then you are not the person I am looking for. But having said that... you wont be paid peanuts either coz I cannot afford to have monkeys in my workshop. Related work experience - preferably none.. its not a requirement for me because I will be personally training you from scratch to do things the way I expect it to be done.
