Warning, if you are offended by violence against children, this video contains graphic violence of a cop knocking out a 17 year old Black teen with one blow in Clinton Hill! Another example of NYPD being out of control when it comes to interaction with Black young men. Here is a cop who has a 17 year old suspected of smoking a marijuana joint pinned to the ground with foot on stomach. From the Daily News: The video begins showing Marcel Hamer lying on his back, shouting in pain with the cops left foot planted on Hamers stomach. He then pleads repeatedly with the cop, saying he wasnt smoking marijuana. You wanna get f----- up? the plainclothes cop threatens in the opening moments of the 54 second video. Marcel Hamer lies prone after being struck unconscious. Yeah, get it on film, the cop barks to the bystander after the blow while he tries to cuff Hamer. Turn around, he instructs the seemingly unresponsive teen. Hamers apparently limp arm is seen falling onto the pavement as the cop tries to cuff him. Ultimately, our community must wake up as we did to end stop and frisk.
