Warning music will play! Well hopefully.. Assuming Facebook cooperates today {if not you will have to come hang out with me on Instagram} . This is a complete body workout. I am talking legs, abs, arms and shoulders! Super simple to try and you can do it in the comfort of your own home. 1. Get in a cross country position. Make sure both knees are slightly bent. Lift weight slightly above your head. 2. Bring your knee in and in the same motion lower your arms and the weight to your knee. I knew I wouldnt be able to explain this gracefully so check out the video to see how it is done! Todays workout was CORE from my PiYo DVDs and then total body fix from the 21 day fix! Kicked my booty. I am opening up my challenge group for this month later this week {its already filling up and I want to make sure I have space first} but I am loving the 21 day fix combo I have going on. 21 days, 30 minute killer workouts, a simple simple meal plan that allows me to eat what I want without too many restrictions {wine and chocolate are approved} and helps me with portion control with color coded food containers. What I have learned mostly from this program is I was eating so many veggies and carbs and not enough protein! If I opened my group up to my Facebook friends would you want to join?
