Was riding down the road the other day and saw a homeless man walking and couldnt stop the tears from flowing!! This man was in between Benton and Plain Dealing; walking down the highway in 30 degree weather! He was walking like he was so tired with a big travel bag on his back! When I made it home I could barely sleep.. Thinking about if that man made it to where he was going, or if he had reached some type of heat! Its sad to know that people still live like that.. But then you have to remember, most people are not blessed with money, a working Mama, a daddy, money, a job, or guardians (period)!! So.. They might not understand the meaning of working or having nice things! This goes back to me giving thanks to my mama, thanks for everything youve done for me and my brothers and sister! We might have not had the new js but we had shoes, we probably didnt have the nicest jacket, but all four of us had one, we probably didnt have the nicest car but you made sure you had one! I can always hear my mama voice in the back of my head from when me and my sister used to complain, Yall got it good, most people dont even have half of what yall got!! And that dawned on me the other day when I seen that homeless man! PEOPLE lets stop complaining and appreciate what we have while weve got it!! I love you Mama!! Chinkesha Taylor!
