Watch out Khune: Meyiwa, Sandilas, Keet fight for your position Bafana Bafana goalkeeper coach Alex Heredia says none of the keepers in the squad are guaranteed to keep their place, including captain and current number one Itumeleng Khune. The Argentina-born trainer has Senzo Meyiwa, Wayne Sandilands and Darren Keet pushing Khune for game-time, and he says they are all playing at a top level. “I can guarantee one thing, if you talk to Khune right now he will tell you that in every single game he hopes to play,” said Heredia. “In the training session, the standard of Senzo, Sandilands and now Keet pushes him harder because you can choose any of these goalkeepers and Khune knows that. “But he [Khune] is a tremendous professional and he works very hard. “The level of competition amongst the goalkeepers is so high but it makes my life very easy.” Which goalkeeper do you think is a real threat to Khune?
