Watched the documentary Where Should The Birds Fly in the Nakba - TopicsExpress

Watched the documentary Where Should The Birds Fly in the Nakba film festival in Tel Aviv yesterday. Many different thoughts will stick to me, but this one is for all my Jewish friends, here and all around: Mona, a 10 year old interviewed in the film, talks very clearly about the day her parents were killed together with 21 members of her family by Israeli missiles in 2009. Time and time again she talks about the Yahud, Jeish Yahudi. It was translated to the military or Israeli military. I understand why the producers decided to translate it the way they did, but I want it to say the Jews. We need to hear that little girl say that its the Jewish military that bombed her family, because for hundreds of thousands of Gazan kids, thats what Judaism represents today. And thats not them being antiemetic, its us letting Israel take over Judaism, and arm F16 with it. And its our responsibility to clarify that Judaism, Zionism, Israel, and massacre, are not all the same thing, and when we are silent, when we dont do anything we possibly can to stop things like what happened this summer, we have to hear Mona saying what Netanyahu says - that the ones who murdered her family were representatives not of Israel, but of the Jewish nation. https://youtube/watch?v=iYElWGKHYgY
