Watching the World Economic Forum: African Investment Outlook on CNBCA (Onema please do check it out)and they have a few prime ministers and managing directors in the panel to answer questions about how investment can drive diversification and inclusive growth in Africa. I must say, im very glad to hear them say that Africans have to understand that todays generation compared to those before does not necessarily want to get jobs and work because they have a more creative approach to life. How their work ethic behaviour shouldnt be bribed through funding but through basic technological improvements and the availability of more creative jobs to get work done. Thank you. Atleast some elders out there understand.
