We are all in the same boat boys, I know Ive had a bit of a rough time the past month or so, and know a fair few others have aswell. Im open with my feelings and have made some good mates on the job that I can vent to. Im pretty sure we are almost all ears and can offer some support and advice, especially from the blokes who have been in the industry for a while. It shouldnt have to be a way of life or a risk of the job. Dont bottle it up and keep it all on your own shoulders, move some weight around and let some out over a few beers or a chat at work. Dont keep yourself in the confines of the prison cell rooms dwelling on everything thats on your mind. No one like being away form everything and everyone they love, so dont make it any tougher on yourselves guys.
