LOUIS, MO (August 20, 2014)— Epworth Children & Family Services has relocated several of the children and families they serve who reside in Ferguson, Missouri. Due to the recent violence in their neighborhood, they have been moved to temporary housing elsewhere. Many feel it is unsafe to return to their homes to gather personal belongings and basic necessities. Epworth is reaching out to anyone who may be able to help these residents in the form of gift cards to stores like Target, Wal-Mart and local grocers. They are also looking for new backpacks, diapers, wipes and hygiene products. “We are doing what we can to help our Ferguson clients,” says Epworth’s CEO, Kevin Drollinger. “With the help of the community we can give them a fresh start.” If you are able, please bring your donations to 110 N.
