We are getting pot roast ready to put on to slow cook through the night for tomorrow. We are getting the vegetables ready to go in with them, and heres a picture of my fancy heirloom fingerling potatoes I ordered. ;) I actually just wanted the white ones, but when my food rep said they had white and red...I said...go ahead well try those:) well, I got white(which look normal) the red are pink inside and the black/bluish ones, are this color! :) next go round, Ill just stick with our regular ones:) I was told that this is what many pricey restaurants use:) so tomorrows roasts are going to be extra fancy!;-)
