We are having problems finding a lawyer to represent my deceased father because he was on ss and leaves no Dependants. Basically we dont stand to win as much (they). So who does this hospital get to kill next. I am nooooooooot well with how we treat our elders lately. What to do? He was discriminated due to his weight and was neglected by his hospital. We were trying to rule out pulmonary embolism when they dismissed him complaining of chest breathing problems(we were fighting the dismissal). He died shortly after he was dismissed from a pulmonary embolism. While STILL in their care.The nurses failed to tell charge doc he died(doc who dismissed him). The boots to stop clots from forming were not on my dad, and his Doc found out 5 hours later from US his released patient died. We only want justice for my dad. It could have been any one of our loved ones. Who protects the people from these WICKED money hungry hospitals???? San Antonio downtown hospitals suuuuuuck. Just saying. I have been to all of them...all failed me in the past. They dont fail to bill me.BLAH!!!!!!!!!
