We are in need of volunteers to help after school at Tender Times for the after school Latch Key Service. This is our first year and we already have 16 children signed up. The Latch Key volunteer would arrive at Tender Times at 3:00 pm and could leave either at 4:15 pm or 5:00 pm. Some working parents need just an hour and some would need longer. A School Bus will provide transportation to Tender Times. When the children arrive they will come in put their things away use the rest room wash their hand and have a snack. They will start their homework, we are not responsible for checking homework the parents will still have to do this at home. After homework they will have free time to go outside and play, the Eagles are kind enough to allow the children and staff to use their grass area. We are trying to line up helpers for once a month, if anyone would like to do more that would be great! Fridays we will be going to the Delphos Bowling Alley for pizza and Bowling. This would be a wonderful opportunity to visit Tender Times and see the wonderful work the Staff is doing for Trinity United Methodist Church! Blessings, Dianne Wiltsie
