We are playing 4-1-4-1/4-3-3 aka playing two CMs both Jack and Ramsey. But that means Ozil has to play on the flanks + Ramsey usually plays hus best when he has a pure no.10 ahead of him(Ozil/Rozza). And a 4-1-4-1/4-3-3 needs a quality CDM too. But 4-1-4-1/4-3-3 allows Arsenal to defend better against top teams But by playing 4-1-4-1, we are sacrificing Ozil, Rambo not at100% potential and 4-1-4-1 needs a quality cdm. Its has more disadvantages than advantages. Ozil and Ramsey are everything together; but nothing when apart. Wenger needs to play 4-2-3-1 against bottom 12 teams but rotation is one the main weakness of wenger. Jack will flourish in a 4-3-3/4-1-4-1
