** We are running about 23 hours behind with posting new listings. A big part of this is the number of incomplete listings we are receiving that we spend a lot of time emailing to let sellers know the size is missing, photos not attached, listing fees not sent, etc. Please be sure to send complete listings and fees otherwise your listings get pushed to the back of the line and delayed. The other big reason we are running behind is the volume of emails and messages asking questions that are already answered in the Guidelines & Rules. Please read the Guidelines & Rules BEFORE emailing. We will no longer be responding to the questions that are already covered there and finally we are receiving emails with complaints about sellers listings and transactions. We will not investigate any listings without links to the listings you have written to us in regards to and do not investigate any complaints without proof. In the past we did and they ended up being false accusations towards sellers. We also do NOT get involved in transactions, most often it is a case of miscommunication. If sellers and buyers cant work it out then please understand we do not get involved or mediate, that is what PayPal is for! Please use PayPal to settle any disputes/claims and provide full refunds when necessary. After you have done so please forward us copies of settled disputes/claims from PayPal and we will track sellers who have have had multiple disputes settled against them and suspend and ban when necessary.
