We are so so happy to have an indoor market tomorrow! Itll be cold outside but warm inside the green house...so come on out! We are bringing our pasture-raised, organically fed, air chilled whole chicken and packaged parts. This is the same chicken that recently visited the James Beard Foundation house kitchen in NYC; thanks to Chef Matt McClure of The Hive! Our chicken is what all chicken should be; We go through great lengths to produce the cleanest, highest quality, most flavorful chicken in the land. Were bringing the remaining pre-ordered turkeys with us so if you reserved one and you still want it please come by and get it; Thanksgiving is just round the corner! We have a couple new products. The first is pasture-raised, organic ground turkey. Many of you requested this product many months ago so we delivered! We listen to you, our patrons, and when we can we satisfy your requests: ) The second new product is turkey legs. Our turkey legs are packed two per package. They are great for smoking. If you missed out on our whole turkeys this might be just the ticket. We also have lots of freshly picked, log-grown, organic shiitake mushrooms from Sweden Creek Farm. And dont forget about our Ozark Mountain Grown line of dehydrated and powdered shiitakes! Fresh, dehydrated, or powdered shiitakes are a great way to add some local flavor to your Thanksgiving meal. Theyre great in stuffing, risotto, soups, gravy, etc. And finally, we have samples of Arkansas grown, organic Arkansas Black apples. We wont have any to sell this weekend but you can taste them and if you like them you can pay a deposit for a 40lb box and well bring em up the next weekend.
