We are thankful for second chances. Remember Storie, who was discovered tied to a pole so tightly her front paws couldnt touch the ground, who was so emaciated she was on the verge of death? Well, this beautiful girl has gotten her second chance with the help of a new foster, who provided the perfect home for Storie to recover, and now, bloom. So what are we discovering about this little girl as she blossoms? Her foster mom has this to say about Storie: Storie loves meeting new people... She gets so excited. She has met the neighbors 6 y/o female pit bull and they were both so happy to play with each other. She seems to just want to enjoy all around her regardless of species. She is just so sweet and happy all the time. When we are at the end of our walks she likes to just drop in the grass and roll around. Also, she loves to lean on you when youre sitting with her regardless of whether youre in a chair, on the ground or in the car. When Im on the ground with her, she will lean her body on me and burry her head in my lap to be rubbed, petted, hugged and kissed. Oh yeah, shes a kisser too. Loves giving kisses. She has a couple toys she will toss in the air and play with. We also toss them for her and she pounces on them. When she is given a new toy she will grab it on the way out for her walk and carry it with her. Storie currently lives with 5 kitties in her foster home. She is a loving, playful, and happy girl.
