We at least got some definite news today! The defendant Lee (sorry I just cant say his full name without getting upset) has stuck to his not guilty plea and the next court date of Nov. 18th is for more discovery. The actual TRIAL date is January 26th! It will be a trial by jury! We are pleased with this date. Not that it is taking so long to get justice for Braveheart but we feel a trial by jury is a good thing. By the time we go to trial it will be 1 year and 4 months since Braveheart was discovered, that is too long! We thank you for your continued support!
