We can all contribute to the coming tipping point of consumer rejection of GMOs, by avoiding them and force them out of our food supply. Because GMO frankenfoods have no benefits to consumers, if even a small percentage of us start eating organic and reject brands that contain them, GM ingredients will become a marketing liability. Food companies will then kick them out. In Europe, this tipping point was achieved in 1999, after a high profile GMO safety scandal hit the papers and alerted citizens to real potential dangers to their health.
