You can start by working on your personal brand. Here are four steps you can take to create and develop your personal brand: 1) Think About What You Want Your Brand to Say About You When you think of Ciroc, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Most of us would say Diddy. But when you think of Diddy, what words do you associate him? Style? Sophistication? If so, you have identified a few reasons why the makers of Ciroc chose Diddy to be the Vodka’s brand ambassador. When Ciroc was launched in 2003, it had terrible sales. However, when Diddy came on board in 2007, he made the vodka extremely popular and profitable. According to Forbes, Ciroc is now the second most profitable vodka in the world, as a result. Diddy became the face of Ciroc because the company that produces Ciroc, Diageo, believed that Diddy embodied exactly what the Ciroc brand represents, style and sophistication.
