We have a few new exciting (rare) beers on tap! 1. Schneider & Son Heimat Weisse (Homeland Wheat--all ingredients being sourced within a few miles of the brewery, first time Schneider has brewed this beer!) 2. Victory Hop Ticket Noble Pilsner / IPA 6.5% abv-- a fantastic beer, focusing solely on German Noble Hops, and only brewed once! Is it IPA? Is it pilsner? Nobody knows! 3. Aecht Schlenkerla Helles -- one of my all-time favorite easy drinking lagers. A crowd pleaser, and gateway beer to their more adventurous offerings. Schlenkerla is a legendary Rauchbier (smokebeer) Brewery in Bamberg, Germany. Most of their beers use malts that are smoked over beechwood fires. This beer does not, but still picks up just a touch of light smoke (via osmosis, as the smoke infiltrates their entire brewery apparatus), nicely accentuating the delicate hop flavors.
