We like MOST people entering the home BUYING/SELLING arena were very skeptical and hesitant. It is hard to feel comfortable and excited when there is so much dishonesty in the HOME industry. Builders, Realtors, decorators, bankers, etc are all to blame. To prove this... we started with another company and were pre-approved, after finding a home and getting final approval from underwriting, we got some bad feelings. Well those bad feelings were warranted. We were being taken advantage of and misinformed on several items. We made the call to Mr Samuel and his team and they immediately made us feel at home. They gave us written info, quotes & documentation on everything and handled all aspects of the process for us. They saved us a ton of money, saved a lot of stress, AND DID I TELL YOU THEY CLOSED MY LOAN IN LESS THAN 14 DAYS and on time!!!! Job well done and friends/customers for LIFE.
