We made it to Niagara Falls last night. It was a great day of travel. Pennsylvania is beautiful. When we got to our exit for the hotel - it was closed. We got off on the wrong road that had a bridge with a 12 foot clearance. Our rental truck is 12 foot 7 inches. We were in trouble because we could not turn around on a divided highway. In just a few moments a police officer drove up and guided the big truck under the bridge. I am not sure how 127 fits under 120 but it did. That helped but then we were on the other side of the bridge in a town that even the GPS could not figure out - did I mention that I am driving a 26 foot truck? A Border Patrol agent then came to the rescue and gave us an escort to the hotel - we were weaving through neighborhoods like we owned the place. God was so good! This morning we are getting ready to cross the border. We have done our best to be ready for the process - letting God handle it from here...
