We need to be clear about the Kristy Swanson incident. The Police could only file a minor report because what happened to her was considered Not Criminal, if you can believe that. He did not touch her, hit her car or pull a weapon. But he did try to push her off the road, got out of his car 2 times, threatened to ram the front of her car several times and then followed her video taping her until she was able to get away from him, get to safety and find her husband. So if this guy were to come after Kristy again, the dudes license plate is on file, and he would then be arrested immediately. That was the most that California State Law could offer her in protection. (We) her friends and family felt that the story needed to get as public as possible. If you see a (Raised Dodge Ram 4x4 CALIFORNIA PLATE 08971J1 Black with Tinted Windows and Raiders Accents) on the road, be extremely causious and immediately report any bad behavior.
