We ordered an Electronic device through Sears with expedited shipping to arrive on the 12. It arrived late on the 13th. Opened the box and found a 40$ sleeping bag. With the shipping order listing what WAS supposed to be in the box. Sears refuses to ship me the correct item unless I return the lousy sleeping bad.
