We shared a story that occurred over the weekend. However this lady was not lucky enough to have someone there to help her. We want to let you know that you dont have to take this kind of abuse. There are several options that you can go to for help. Dont wait until it gets this bad. She suffered 18 broken bones plus internal damage. This guy needs to be in jail ASAP. We here at Revolutionary Fitness offer skills during our fitness classes that can help you defend yourself and get into better shape at the same time. We are not a gym full of animals. We have very good people who are all about helping one another. You will learn self defense when you workout with us. Here is an excerpt from an incident that happened over the weekend: Some of your fellow Revolutionaries were at a concert last night when a man in the row in front of them started to physically assault his young girlfriend while his friends stood by watching. One of the Revolutionaries stepped in to stop the assault. The man then turned violent towards the Revolutionary who quickly rendered the man unconscious. These are the type of people you will be around at our gym. Stop the Violence!!!
