We were traveling with Air Asia from langkawi to KL then to Bangkok. Our plane from Langkawi was delayed. When we arrived in Kl we get through costumes and go to the gate for our next flight, we waited there for about an hour. We then go up to the counter to see if our flight was delayed, they said that we missed our flight and that they had done a call for people that should board. We had no one come out saying that the plane was going to leave, then they say they can get us on the next plane but we need to pay for another entire plane ticket. it was because of their flight that we missed our flight to Bangkok
