Weather Advisory #. 3 For: Low Pressure Area Issued @ 11AM, 17 August 2014 At 10AM today, the LPA was estimated based on all available data at 280 km E of Tuguegarao City (18.0N, 124.7E). The trough of LPA will bring light to moderate rains & thunderstorms in M. Manila, the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos, Central Luzon, Bicol, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula & the province of Palawan. . Residents in these areas & local disaster risk reduction management councils concerned are advised to be alert and take all the necessary precautionary measures and monitor updates on this weather disturbance.
