Week 4 deads Failed at 280kgs twice... Bench up to a single @130kg Circuit x3 10+ reps each exercise Lat pull downs Tricep push downs Incline DB press Upright rows (10x cable Abdominals + 10x stiff leg deads)x5 Seated DB shoulder press 25kgx10 20kgx10 17.5kgx10 15kgx10x3 1xpuke Been a rough week but part of the game.
