Challenge: Complete 30 pull ups or inverted rows you can use Lebert Equalizers etc. or low bar at gym 60 push ups all the way down try variations dive bombers, switch hands , side to sides, off set, Tri cep push ups, Modified is ok 90 air squats, heals up on plates 120 sit ups try V ups, side oblique crunch, ankle grabs, In And outs, bicycles, rope climbs, toe touches, jack knives. 300 reps, Bam!! Do this as fast as possible, time yourself, than two to three days later try to beat yourself! Oh yeah, its getting real up in here! Always warm up stretch and cool down stretch, some WSCS! ~Coach Missy
