Weighed myself this morning and lost 8.5 lbs from Monday. No fast food, no pop and if it looks bad i dont eat it. Drink as much water as possible a day and a glass of milk a day. I eat around 6 to 8 small meals a day with alot with vegetables, fruit and chicken. You realize a bowl of vegetables will keep you full longer then a bowl of junk and its good calories. Eating healthy and exercising is actually not bad at all. I am defiantly gonna stick too it. Plus i feel so upbeat with more energy and better then any monster or cup of coffee. Life is looking up and I am too for Gods guidance in this life changing journey. :)
