Weights and Calisthenics in the Afternoon were great too :) 15 minutes of warming up on the elliptical followed by 2 wide grip pull-ups, 6 assisted wide grip pull-ups, some dynamic stretching, 20 back bridge pushups, a 3 minute plank, 3 overhand grip pull-ups, 2 neutral grips and 1 underhand grip chest to bar :) 100 mule kick deadlifts, and 50 total inverted pushups :) -" A disciplined man is a free man"- Dean Smith :)
