Well Done Article From RippedBody.jp ! I been Telling people not to use The belts. Your ABS will get more work! So you can just skip training them on their own... I of course realize that by saying this publicly that a load of beginners, believing themselves not beginners, will now rush out and get a belt. Unfortunately I dont have any good defining points for when someone is best off starting to use a belt. Just dont kid yourself that you need one to be strong. Plenty of people have gotten strong without belts. Martin Berkhan for example can deadlift over 600lbs and squat over 400lbs without one.
