Well I just sat with clenched fists and continually shook my head watching the story on Sunday Night about the little boy (Cooper) and his parents and the medicinal cannabis usage... In my opinion ... Shame on the Vic police and the way way handled themselves !!!! I understand they would need to look into the matter ( actually I would think it wrong if they didnt ) However ... The commissioner just admitted that he didnt know the same liquid was used to treat Cooper while he was in hospital .. Obviously prescribed by the doctors and available in hospital !!! I think its very poor that they didnt look into things further and properly before treating this couple like common criminals !!! How dare they !!! They look into drug deals, usage etc for months on end at times before doing a bust Why the hell did they not look further into this ??? These parents are not a flight risk !!! They are parents looking after their son, doing what they believe and have found to be the best by their son ... Is that a crime ??? They also just described this cannabis oil as having the ingredient removed that causes the usual effects of the drug .. So the child is not getting stoned !!! It is being used as a genuine medication ... Not a person just saying they need pot so they can relax !!! There are millions of Australians sitting on their butts.. Never worked a day in their life .. Smoking their brains out .. Causing havoc... Milking the system and beyond .. Yet a blind eye is turned to these scum on a daily basis .... Shame .. Shame .. Shame ...
