Well, Im back from the dentist, after 2½ hours in the chair. Awful experience, turns out the tooth I broke yesterday was fractured all the way down into the root, and therefore kaput. So now, instead of the front upper left molar, I have a neat line of sutures and the revolting taste of disinfectant. Fortunately, this is so far back in the mouth that it is not apparent when I smile normally. I feel like I just went two rounds with a heavyweight boxer -- the left side of my face is swollen, and my entire head aches.
